Amanda’s place was perfect for our group while in town for the Santa Rosa Marathon. Less than a mile from downtown and the race start, it had everything we needed! Plenty of space, a well-stocked kitchen, and a hot tub that was perfect for post-race recovery. Check-in was easy, Amanda was proactive and responsive, and the home looked just like the photos. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

Amanda's home was perfect for our stay. We had an ample amount of space for the 6 of us and the neighborhood felt quiet and peaceful despite being close to many attractions nearby. Overall would highly recommend!

Our stay at the Spanish Casita in Santa Rosa was perfect. The house is beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything one could possibly need. The fire pit in the back yard was a bonus. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the hot tub because we were out exploring every day. Our host Amanda was always available to answer any questions I might have had. Highly recommend a stay at this lovely home.

What a great place to celebrate our 37th anniversary! We have stayed at many AirB&B houses with pools and this by far is our favorite. The outdoors with the pool, hot tub, deck with fire pit and table are the best! We spent most of our time outside. Inside is very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you need . S and P and oils are available with plenty of ice trays. Living room very comfortable, you will need to use your streaming services. Amanda is the best hostess we have used on AirB&B! Her communication was excellent! She was very attentive and helped us out in many ways. She even let us check in an hour early. We will definitely be back for another visit. If you enjoy peace and quiet with lots of privacy for a romantic getaway, this is your place! We recommend 100%! Thanks Amanda!

Peek A Bay Cottage is honestly the best Airbnb I have stayed in yet. It was perfect for our couple day getaway. From the comfy bed, cleanliness, amenities, it was all perfect. Amanda was great with communication and we had a nice bottle of wine waiting when we got there. The yard was perfect for our 2 fur children. Super safe and just a gorgeous location. Only wish was that we should have stayed longer. We will be back soon!

This place is a gem! It’s definitely in a very remote area so it’s nice that the house is so cozy and lovely to hang out in. The key card access to the private beach was the highlight. The beds were comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Beautiful views from every room. Very responsive and helpful host. There were special touches, like the doggy and makeup towels, you can tell they put a lot of thought into how to make the guest feel at home. I’d recommend this to anyone that wants a peaceful getaway.

This house is the absolute best! We enjoyed every inch of it for every second of our stay. The pool and hot tub were the stars of the show, followed closely by the amazing kitchen and efficient layout of the bedrooms. They have dog bowls and dog blankets for use during your stay, which is just one small example of a thoughtful gesture on the part of the hosts. The neighborhood is quaint and very walkable and we felt safe. We highly recommend this house and will definitely be back sooner rather than later.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Santa Rosa! The house was spotless and well-appointed, with stunning decks and a pool that quickly became our favorite hangout spot. The game room added lots of fun, especially in the evenings, and the fact that it’s dog-friendly was a huge plus for our family. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
